ButKozuv was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Skopje 87-79 on Sunday night. American forward Justin Gordon (198-1993, college: Wofford) stepped up and scored 22 points and 7 rebounds for the winners and Georgi Zafirov (194-1997, agency: BIG) chipped in 15 points and 10 rebounds. Gordon is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four TFT players scored in double figures. At the losing side American point guard DQ Nicholas (185-2000, college: Gardner-Webb) responded with 19 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals and guard Mack Smith-McEwen (191-1998, college: W.Michigan) scored 16 points and 7 rebounds. Kozuv's coach Apostoli Apostolov rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
